Vic has been singing in and around Chicago in a variety of different groups. In the late 70's, Vic was a member of the Jazz/Rock/Fusion group Jabberwalk.
Then in the late 80's Vic fronted a 9-piece rock and roll, horn and brass band called Street Player, featuring music such as Chicago and Blood, Sweat, and Tears.
Vic then went on to a solo project named V.L. Big which emulated the sounds of Sinatra, Darin, Nat King Cole, and many more.
Vic was a finalist in the 1996 WNUA/Finladia Vodka Jazz Talent Search.
After a three year hiatus in Florida, Vic returned to Chicago and has been with Vinyl Highway ever since.
